I just got a mated pair of wild yellow stripped maroon clowns yesterday afternoon, and shes been hiding in the back of the rocks since adding her, and just a min ago I was able to get a picture of her as the sides of her look like shes got white something on her, but it doesn't look like ich to me, anyone want to chime in?
It looks like there might be a problem but I'm not an expert on disease issues. Read through this blog for some expert advice: http://www.lightning-maroon-clownfish.com/
It's really hard to tell for sure from the picture. Her fins look a bit tattered so it may just be from fighting with someone and in that case if you can pull her out ( Clowns are usually pretty easy to catch ) and put her in a Hospital/QT tank and treat her with Melafix she'll probably be oK.
Being that she is a clown the first thought always has to be Brook and it is possible that it what this is..Like I said the res just isn't high enough to see clearly and Brook can manifest in a couple different ways one looks a lot like that pic but as I said that could also be from fighting, a fungal infection, or the evil of all evils, velvet. Pray that it's not velvet because every fish in your tank is in a world of hurt if it is.
Any chance of getting a little sharper, Hi-Res picture?

Thank you for your post, I'll look up those and see if they look like what shes got.
I'll work on getting a better picture for ya, she only just came out from hiding and doesn't like me getting too close to the tank to get a pic...
Shes currently in my 90g with her husband, and 4 other fish (2-Female Maldives Lyretail Anthias, 1-Green Chromis, and 1-Purple Dottyback.), all my corals and other fish have been moved to the 300g before I got the pair as the 90 will be there tank only.
Well sadly I lost both the male and female. I didn't go with the Formalin 3 like I should of, I went with Paraguard, but either they were too sick or the product didn't work.
